WORKING METHODLOGY
        

I. Initial assessment and analysis:

The first thing to recognize is the need for a management consultancy; a major problem initiates a consultancy project and also does a chance for improving the current situation.

We provide customers with basic business information to recognize needs.

Then we conduct Situation Analysis and define where  the organization is standing, then we study the current performance against the desired performance “Gap Analysis” to determine direction and resources.

Visits are conducted in order to define:

     - the improvement in business targeted through the project,

     - the scope of work that the expertise is going to achieve,

     - the time needed for work,

 

These have to be jointly defined with personnel concerned in the organization in addition to the contact person.

II. Submission of a proposal:

 

We show the findings in a proposal clarifying:

     - Scope of work - understanding the organization’s need

     - Clients profile, experience and qualifications

     - Deliverables

     - Methodology and work plan

     - Fees and terms of payment

We end up with a written agreement/contract with the customer

The contract has to include:

     -Legal relation between the parties

     -Offered service to one of the parties and acceptance of the other

     -Guidelines for service provision (execution, review, submission, 

     Completion)

     - The fees and payment arrangements

     - Time bounds for the business 

     - Conditions of contract amendment and cancellation

     - Confidentiality terms 

     - Frank consent of both parties

 

III. Design and implement

This is the development and implementation step. Brainstorming, SWOT analysis, designing optimum solutions and efficient models, staff training, coaching, skill transfer and workshops facilitation… all is utilized through a project.

Stages and actions of the project are performed according to the time line planned in cooperation with the contact person assigned by the client.

Progress meetings are important to brief progress against the set plan of the project. The consultant produces reports and presentations to discuss findings and recommendations with the personnel concerned.

 

IV. Final assessment

At the end of the project, we conduct final assessment of the project outcomes in accordance with the set measures and results. We do all post project reviews with pragmatic advice on how best to move forward.

Our quality assurance activities are performed using a collection of proven effective techniques e.g. audits, mystery shopping programs, training reinforcement tools, etc… Findings and recommendations output of final assessment are presented to the organization.

 

V. Accomplishment

 

The solutions and actions proposed by the consultant are assured to be within the resource capacity of the organization and to be practically implemented.

Reference is also available as a continuing source of expertise and we guarantee that the solutions consulted are capable of maintaining the improvement going on track.
